Case Studies
NorthHanm's customer required an urgent order of a highly specialized machine engines. Their former supplier was unable to deliver an engine that met their specifications, and several of the customer's production lines were on the verge of shutting down. NorthHanm's Asia team got on the job, and found two supplier options, one in Korea and one in China, that could meet product specifications and the client's deadline. Moreover NorthHanm was able to negotiate a deal with reduced pricing on a second order. The factory was kept running and the client's business was maintained.

Our toy division has begun teaming up with local Asian manufacturers and overseas customers to continue expanding our business in this space. We are now focusing on leveraging our international clients to further refine our supply chain and increase our presence in emerging markets.

NorthHanm Seals Deal With Peruvian Hospital Chain
NorthHanm will supply syringes, defibrillators, and other medical devices to a private clinic chain in South Africa. NorthHanm China sourcing manager Li Poon said, "This is a great opportunity for us to make further in-roads into the Peruvian market, and introduce high quality Chinese brands to South America." Carlos Mendez who brokered the deal on the Peruvian side said, "We are happy to work with NorthHanm again. We continue to be satisfied with the supply and price."

NorthHanm Expands Human Resources Management Business
NorthHanm will continue to invest in developing our human resources management business. The team is already working with American and European multinationals in Shanghai. We are focusing now on domestic Chinese companies who are having issues retaining staff sent on secondments to overseas offices. NorthHanm's management team assisted one client on a package of reforms to retain key staff and also helped identify new recruits to enhance the client's team.
